This website was started at the final edge of my nerves with the company Kips Podgorica, Montenegro.

I bought vacuum cleaner before eight months in their shop in Kotor. We have tested it right in the shop and it worked. Vendor gave us, to me and my wife, another vacuum cleaner, a new one and they fill out the warranty.

When we came home, i unpacked vacuum cleaner and put the dust bags, switch on but it didn’t worked. I opened several times and tried to see did i put something wrong (i mean dust bags)  but everything was ok except the VC.

I returned to the shop and they sad me ??? that i must go to the service in Podgorica ~90 kilometers far away. I tried to talk with them but every worker, chief and some COO of object told me that they have no-return-policy.  Or in the other words go fuck yourself or whatever you do usually.

What i have to do? I went to service in Podgorica as soon as i could because i was very busy with my work. Service is working like my job-time so i had a problem to go there.

When i went to Podgorica, lucky me i know who is licensed service, they told me that i don’t have right warranty card. “Look, it is on Romanian language and it doesn’t look as it should be”. They showed me what it supposed to look like. Probably you can guess, I was pissed off.

Back to the shop. They didn’t gave me new vacuum cleaner, they just pointed me to another service in Tivat 12 kilometers far away: “Go to that shop and ask for …”.

After some argument  i went in Tivat to look for some man who fix things??? Went in the shop they told me and they sad me “We don’t know nothing, we never heard for that man. Why you don’t go to Podgorica, only them have licensed service for LG cleaners”. OMG. Seams like in Kafka novel “The Trial”.

I went to home, of course i wasn’t thinking about ice melting, i was pissed on everyone including myself.

Went to internet, searched their website and started to call. One call, second call, third… probably at the 30th call i got some number of some man who maybe can help. I call that number too, someone respond and after huge explanation “We will call you back”.

After 30 minutes, the other man, man of decisions, is calling me. Again i am explaining what happened. He told me that he will call shop and that they will give me correct warranty card.

Went to the shop in Kotor (x-th time). They gave me warranty but with the date when i bought cleaner. I asked what with the time and money i spent. They sad they can not help me.

Ok, what is left for me at the end? I took warranty and now i have some new address in Tivat at some man who is fixing cleaner and he is working for licensed service.

I found him, gave him the cleaner. He told me he will call me back for a few days.

After ~10 days we talked, then again after ~10 days we did it again, after few days again. In this moment my wife started to give me the look with who i am talking with and she decided to go to the shop.

They sad that they will not get new cleaner, we need some paper from service :S. I called service but he told me that some 3rd company must send FAX :S and when they send i could get a new cleaner.

Now i am waiting that someone from Podgorica send FAX to Kotor shop, probably it will take ~10 days…

Uaaauuu. Cleaner is ~40€. I spent more then 60€ on fuel and phone, not to mention nerves.
